Services Available:
Weekly Check-ins (Best Value) starting at $150/mo.
For properties less than 1250 square foot: Consist of weekly check-in, running water through the drains, flushing toilets, check for any concerns (i.e. leaks, bugs, break-ins, etc.), emptying mailbox, and once a month to change the HVAC filter. Please inquire for larger properties for pricing.
Bi-Weekly Check-ins starting at $100/mo.
For properties less than 1250 square foot: Consist of bi-weekly check-in, running water through the drains, flushing toilets, check for any concerns (i.e. leaks, bugs, break-ins, etc.), emptying mailbox, and once a month to change the HVAC filter. Please inquire for larger properties for pricing.
Monthly Check-in starting at $60/mo.
For properties less than 1250 square foot: Consist of monthly check-in, running water through the drains, flushing toilets, check for any concerns (i.e. leaks, bugs, break-ins, etc.), emptying mailbox, and change the HVAC filter. Please inquire for larger properties for pricing.
Add-ons:
Start and move one vehicle: $25/service
Install contractor box for scheduled cleanings/repairs $25
Turn on water to refrigerator for ice production/filter water prior to arrival: $20
Arrival cleaning (dusting, vacuum, sweeping, mopping, turn on water to refrigerator, and air freshener): $100
Special requests can be made as well.
